Our Planet has gone through Ice Age’s multiple times. Much of the ice from the last Ice Age still remains on our planet and is allowing the Earth to maintain a sustainable temperature for life. Icelandic Rivers
I visited Iceland this year for the first time. I spent weeks in the Highlands.
Exploring, trekking, and really feeling the energies of the island. But nothing made sense about this place, until I saw it from above.
These photos were taken from a Sesna plane flying low over the Highlands of Iceland. The images are showing Glacial run off mixing with different sand banks of volcanic ash, creating an incredible display of shapes and colors.

The Melting Glaciers of Greenland
The Ilulisat Icefjord on the west coast of Greenland is known for his annually release of enormous icebergs into the sea. Due to the global rising temperatures this summer, this ice fjord had the same amount of ice-melt in 1 month as an average year. When I heard this astonishing fact, I decided to head out here to see it for myself. With the immense beauty of this, comes the unbelievable reality that these pieces of ice will melt into the sea never to be seen again.
