Studied at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Nuremberg in Tim Scott’s class; project work on the subject of “the human body in motion”

1998
Studio Award of the Kunststiftung Erich Hauser; draft paper collages for the steel sculpture Akrobat

1999–2000
Asterstein scholarship awarded by the government of Rhineland-Palatinate; start of Noyane series and experiments with draft collages; first hanging paper works

Project scholarship Korrespondenz im Raum awarded by the Bavarian Ministry of Culture; first site-specific exhibition planed with wood and paper works for an exhibition at the Kunstverein Speyer
