Press Passes will be distributed onsite at the fair. To be issued a press pass, each member of the press must present either a press card or business card – or a letter of assignment from an editor or producer on the assigning media outlet's official letterhead – and current photo identification along with a valid email address. Press Passes are non-transferable and are not valid for guests or colleagues. Photo identification may be required when using a press pass on subsequent visits after initial registration.

Photographers or camera crews must have additional express permission from the Press Office before shooting artwork, exhibitors or staff. A representative of Art Miami may accompany photojournalists and videographers while in the fair to act as a liaison with participating exhibitors, staff or visitors.

Journalists receive one free copy of the Catalogue in the Press Office.

To expedite registration, all members of the media are strongly encouraged to apply for accreditation in advance by filling out the online form on the Press Credentials page – before one week prior to the fair’s opening. A member of Art Miami LLC’s press relations team will follow up with applicants to confirm the status of accreditation.
