About the Artist

In Faith, Tom Kiewra strips away complexity to reveal the raw power of belief. His bold blue strokes — fluid, fearless, and alive — cascade across twin canvases like a visual heartbeat. Each drip becomes a metaphor for surrender, a reminder that faith often flows beyond our control.

The unprimed canvas reflects vulnerability; the deep maple frame, grounding. Together they symbolize the balance between trust and structure — between the divine and the human experience. Painted in Kiewra’s signature electric blue, Faith evokes both serenity and strength, transforming street-born energy into a sacred minimalist language.

In this diptych, faith isn’t just seen — it’s felt.
It’s a declaration that even in uncertainty, beauty continues to move, spill, and rise.

"This artwork blends faith and aspiration into one vision. The three shooting stars symbolize the Holy Trinity propelling my career foward, while the seven stars mark divine completeness. The hummingbirds flutter as messengers of hope and renewal. The scope imagery represents my focus-keeping Christ at the center while aiming for greatness. It's a bold statment of faith: that success is not self-made but heaven-sent."

In Letter to Above (1 & 2), Tom Kiewra transforms written language into a meditative abstraction — a private conversation between the artist and the unseen. Layers of acrylic, ink, and spray paint move like whispered prayers, creating a rhythm that feels both intimate and eternal.

The soft monochromatic palette speaks in tones of reflection, while calligraphic gestures suggest words dissolving into air — thoughts that never needed to be spoken aloud. The artist’s hand becomes a vessel of surrender, each mark echoing the universal longing to reach beyond what can be seen or said.

This diptych captures the essence of spiritual correspondence — the quiet power of faith, confession, and hope carried upward. Letter to Above stands as a visual meditation on connection — between the earthly and the divine, the artist and his higher calling.

Mr. Eggo is more than a quirky yolk with sneakers — he’s a survivor’s anthem dressed in satire. Standing tall in a world that once cracked him, wearing his past like a badge of honor: a sideways cap for rebellion, gold chains for earned pride, and an untamed bird companion for freedom.

Every brushstroke captures the rhythm of street life meeting inner rebirth — a fusion of hip-hop energy and hard-boiled wisdom. His cross-eyed stare isn’t defeat; it’s defiance. He’s seen life’s heat, been flipped and fried by it, yet still finds a way to shine with unapologetic flavor.

For Shahram, who once fought to find light through the darkness of displacement and homelessness, Mr. Eggo becomes an alter-ego — the funny, fearless part of himself that refused to give up. It’s humor as healing. Pop surrealism as therapy. The egg that didn’t crack under pressure, but became art instead.
