Fine Art Consultancy
About
With over 25 years’ experience our art consultancy and gallery has built a reputation working alongside property developers, designers and individuals; those buying one work or many. We offer a full service of sales advice, framing where needed, delivery and installation if required. We are happy to make on-site visits and offer exchanges or credit notes if clients are not happy with their purchase.
Our London gallery opened in Belsize Village in 2018. We are delighted to have a shop front in such a special part of London; the response to our group of contemporary and Modern British artists means that our business has continued to expand over the last 18 months.

"I have a wandering empathy for the imaginary lives of strangers.”
Scattered throughout the hussle and bustle of concrete life, like pools among the rocks, are the parks and squares that provide us with a place to breathe and a time to think. It is a fundamental need of a sane society to be able to stop once in a while and wander from the routine, lift our heads and look at the sky or take in our regular surroundings with a fresh insight.
My work begins with snapshots of busy city life and by a process of elimination I refocus the image on elements that encapsulate a sober thoughtfulness.
Landscape, detail in nature and the quality and atmosphere of the elements inform McLynn’s oil paintings on canvas, mixed media works, photographs and works on paper
McLynn's subjects are the west coast of Ireland, far north-west of Scotland and the Atlantic islands of the Hebrides. Also Arctic Norway and California’s Big Sur. She is drawn to particular types of landscape – raw, wild, desolate, and lush enchanted places rich in damp moss, foliage and colour.
McLynn captures the essence of a place, using a hint of figuration to draw the view while the composition allows the viewer to contemplate their own reminiscences of place and time.

Yuko has lived in the UK since she was 20 and qualified as an architect in the 80’s at the Architectural Association and UCL in London. She worked as an architect in both the UK and Japan before concentrating on her career as an artist. Over the years she has perfected her technique with graphite working exclusively on paper and often on an unbelievable large scale. There is no other artist working exclusively with graphite in this way.
“Closing my eyes in a moment of quietness, I can see a waterscape in my mind. It is sometimes very dark and frightening. At other times, it is crystal clear with infinite expanse. It is my intention to express such water scenes in my work.”
Moriyama shows successfully in London and in Kyoto, Ibaraki and Tokyo in Japan. Her work has been featured in many publications and she has begun to receive acclaim. Her work is highly collectable and an undoubted investment.

One of the few women working as a 'Master' of Nihonga painting - YiChing was born in Taiwan, trained in Kyoto, Japan and now lives in Paris. At our gallery we explore cross cultural influences on artists practices especially exploring our foundations in Tokyo and London. Yiching is a perfect example of an artist working with these varying influences and producing magical and perfectly made paintings. we were delighted when YiChing did her research for a UK gallery in 2017 and decided to show with us.
She is a sought after artist with work already in many public and private collections.
